have mercy on me
I can't reach my weapons and I'm already on my knees
cut me some slack, give me air - I need to breathe
say, would you please have some mercy on me
leave me be
now that the dust began to finally settle down
the new day revealed the scene of the next round on our battle ground
give me some time to recover
before we start this all over again
have mercy on me
I can't reach my weapons and I'm already on my knees
cut me some slack, give me air - I need to breathe
say, would you please have some mercy on me
leave me be
now that the sun lights up the whole scenery
I realize yesterday's nightmare became today's reality
one problem solved, here comes another
and we must start this all over again
couldn't find my bullets today
one bullet could kill the pain in my head away
sick of fightin' every single day
I'm on my knees and I say
have mercy on me
I can't reach my weapons and I'm already on my knees
cut me some slack, give me air - I need to breathe
say, would you please have some mercy on me
leave me be
Psychedelic/blues rock from this five member band from Germany. Excellent female vocals, backed up by a more than capable band. Nice guitar solos, solid rhythm section, and that organ, mixed together gives this record a hard rock organic feel. lloydd
By the way these guys play heavy blues you’d swear that they were raised on moonshine somewhere in the deep south of good ol’ US of A. That’s until you here them sing in their native tongue. Now there’s that much good music out there that I feel I don’t need to buy albums I can’t understand. But I made an exception for MOON. Why? Because they’re beyond good. Think a dirtier, louder ‘The Stone Foxes’ that just seem a little bit more like real life. Harry Harrison
